If you're not thrilled with your simulator within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund. No lengthy forms, no restocking fees.
How to start a return
- Email support@titansharp.us with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid US return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
- Once received, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, email a photo to support@titansharp.us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement immediately.
